Ticket Refund Policy 

We know plans can change.

If you need a refund for your ticket, here's our refund policy to make the process easy for you.
 

  • Refund Eligibility

Should you need to request a refund for your ticket, please contact us at secretary@unitytrireme.org. Kindly note that refund requests will only be honored until May 31, 2024. This policy is in place because the drawing will commence immediately after this date, necessitating the finalization of all ticket sales. Beyond May 31, 2024, ticket sales will be considered final, as the funds will have been donated to the AHEPA Hospital Charity. We appreciate your understanding and support in this charitable endeavor.

 

  • Required Information for Refund

To process your refund, you will need to provide the following information:
 

  • Order Information

The order number and order code associated with your ticket purchase. This information can be found in your confirmation email.
For processing your refund, we require the personal information you provided at the time of purchase.
This includes:
First and Last Name: These must match the names used to make the order.
Email Address: The email you used when purchasing the ticket.
This information helps us verify your purchase and ensure the refund is processed accurately.

 

  • Payment Information

Details of the payment method used for the purchase.
For security reasons, do not send full credit card numbers; instead, provide the last four digits of the card used and the name on the card.

 

  • How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at secretary@unitytrireme.org with the required information.
Once we receive your request, our team will review the information provided and get in touch with you to confirm the next steps.

 

  • Processing Time

Please allow up to  10-14 business days for your refund to be processed. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
 

  • Additional Notes

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. In cases where this is not possible, alternative arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does n
ot comply with our policy or if the required information is incomplete or incorrect.
